Water adventures are extremely not advisable if there is a storm because it’s too risky. However, some people does not mind it and even think that it would be more exciting and thrilling to do the adventure if the weather condition is not good.
These surfers took advantage of the winds and waves in Lake Tahoe brought by “Pineapple Express” storm, which was said to be the strongest storm to hit the northern and central parts of Sierra Nevada in six years.
