Cats are curious creatures and because of the curiosity on their mind, they often get into trouble even if they don’t want to. Maybe that’s the reason why there is an idiom “Curiosity killed the cat.”
That means that if you are very interested on things, you should not be because it might cause you a problem. Being too curious could sometimes lead us to danger and unfortunate incidents.
In the video, this cat named Keekee would make us understand the meaning of “Curiosity killed the cat” literally. Keekee was really obsessed with what’s inside of the Kleenex box, a rubber tube, so tried to get it.
When this cat was trying too hard to get the rubber tube, he stuck his inside the box and completely struggled to get out.
Being curious is not bad since it allows us to learn other things but it should only be fair.
