Albert Einstein once said that “a human being is a part of the whole called by us universe, a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feeling as something separated from the rest, a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty.”
It’s no question and he’s true to what he claimed. We have only known planet Earth as our dwelling place but we never realized its existence in our life. Billions of years have finally passed before us, yet we know too little about the land we set our feet on.
What lies here on Earth and what we see around us are too powerful to ignore. Let us all be reminded that life can’t be complete without the other creatures. We share the same land and we must consider, respect and love others, humans it may be or not. Because before His eyes, we’re just the same, and will always be the same. 🙂
