A long traffic queue could really irritate the whole out of you especially when there seem nowhere to go but wait for longer hours while stuck in the heavy traffic.
While others stay inside their cars and wait for their long waited queue, some drivers would go out and breathe some fresh air or talk to other drivers they happened to know.
