The prank victims couldn’t help but to run after the bill they found on the street. However, as soon as they try to get the money it would just go away. Apparently, there’s someone just in the corner controlling the money via a small piece of rope. This is such a hilarious prank and I guess you can’t stop laughing while watching this clip.
