Fasting is a method of consuming exclusively one thing. For example, if you’re undergoing a water fast it means that you only need to take water while if you’re undergoing a juice fast, what you only need to consume is juice. But how fasting affect a person’s health depends on his/her physical state of health. She later stressed that among the fasting methods, juice fasting from the extract of fruits and vegetable is effective compared to consumption of water and other methods of fasting.
