Jackfruit is among the most common fruit in Southeast Asia and other counterparts of Asia, especially in the Philippines.

It’s fruit can be turned into a delicious jam and you can also eat its seeds after boiling it for a couple of minutes, but do you know how to peel it?

All you need to prepare first are the following tools and materials; sharp knife, few tablespoons of neutral oil, lots of newspaper, latex gloves and good company. First, wipe the knife with neutral oil and slice the jackfruit in half. Once you’re done, wipe the milky residue, slice it again and core the center. After doing all those things, you can now eat the jackfruit.
