Melanie was born premature and an incident took place right after went out unto this world which made her being departed to her mom. But thanks to her children who went through all means and ways in order for their mom to be reunited to their grandmother.

Melanie’s children began searching her mom in August 2014 and they were able to get attach to the family members of their grandmother through Facebook. To make the long story short, they across a DNA testing and the result shows that they are 99.9997% matched.
