The video above shows how Mike Chang used his muscles earn the Guinness World Record title for the most number of pull ups in one minute. In addition, he wears 40 lbs. weight on his backpack.

He made 13 pull ups record but according on the video description. However, it was already been broken by Bobby Natoli from USA. In his part, he got 23 pull ups at Pacific Health Club in Liverpool, New York, USA on March 2014.
