It’s always been said, “never judge a book by its cover” and this is what this group of young men proved when they stepped on the stage of Britain’s Got Talent.
Collabro is a group of five young guys who took the courage and showed off their musical skills at the infamous talent show. When they stepped on stage and introduced themselves, the judges rolled their eyes knowing that the group lacks experience as they had been singing for only a month.
The people were expecting a typical boy band and a tedious performance, but everyone in room was filled with awe when they started singing a spectacular rendition of the classic song “Stars” from the musical “Les Misarables”. Throughout their performance, the judges and the audience had that smile on their faces and the ending had me in tears. They really deserve the warm applause and the standing ovation they’ve got.
Just thinking that they’ve only been singing for one month but managed to pull out that awesome and faultless performance is, according to Alesha Dixon, “astonishing”.
The group made it to the competition with four yeses and was hailed as the winner of Britain’s Got Talent 2014.
