We all love to eat, and since we wanted to take more of our time swallowing and enjoying the food, we settle for instant- foods that are available immediately, ready to devour.
There have been so many instances of instant food available in the market right now, but none of them are actually the favorites of many. One perfect example is pizza. Of course, it just can’t be absolutely ready-to-eat food since it takes time to cook, but Australia (Italy had done it already) came up with a solution that will best suit for pizza lovers out there.
Sydney’s Pompei Pizza has created a vending machine called ‘Pizza Gio’ which dispenses an 11-inch sized warm and cheesy pizza with the options of two toppings: hot salami and plain Jane margherita which cook in three minutes for $12.
According to the Pompei Pizza owner George Pompei, he first came across a prototype for the machine two years ago when it was being developed in Italy.
“The pizza is of exceptionally high quality. And having a pizza at our Bondi shop is a totally different experience [than buying one through the vending machine]. I’m very happy with the result,” Pompei said.
The said vending machine is connected to a smart phone, which can alert Pompei if there is a power failure or of any malfunction.
Impressive, isn’t it?
