When you’re seeing faces in everyday objects, it’s normal. It means you’re having a psychological phenomenon called pareidolia as we have discussed in our previous articles. But one artist has been seeking hidden characters in ordinary things and reveals them through the art of painting.
Gilbert Legrand is a talented and creative artist from Toulouse, France. And for the past 10 years, he has been noticing funny stories in everything that he sees in his surrounding. With his playful imagination, the artist can turn all sorts of household objects into stunning tiny sculptures with the help of paint.
His works have been exhibited in art centers around France, attracting both children and adults. The French artist never wastes a moment in enhancing his craft because when he’s not a sculptor of these fascinating works, he’s a freelance illustrator in publishing and advertising.
