When it comes to our pets, it’s often the hounds that are considered as man’s best friend. They are believed to be more affectionate, got heroic characteristics, and bolder personality.
But a brave cat showed that the dog isn’t always the most loyal and protective beast in the animal kingdom. Sometimes, dogs can become a danger to humans and felines become the knight in shining armor.
In the YouTube video posted Roger Triantafilo, a young boy can be seen riding his bicycle in the driveway of his parents’ house.
On the other side of a parked vehicle, came an unleashed dog appearing to notice the presence of the young boy.
The dog then came from around a parked SUV and grabbed the little boy’s leg, seemingly trying to drag the tot away.
Then, out of nowhere, a cat comes flying into the picture.
It raced toward the pooch, attacked and scared it off.
The boy’s father says, “My cat defends my son during a vicious dog attack and runs the dog off before he can do additional damage.”
The boy received 10 stitches at a local hospital and is now home recovering, her mother said.
A dog may be regarded as man’s best friend, but this cat is this boy’s hero. Surely, this toddler is going to be a cat person for the rest of his life.
