Human beings are intended to take a rest after a day’s work. This process is called sleeping. Sleeping is when our bodies rejuvenate and build new cells in our bodies. Sleeping is done preferably at night but for night shifts, it’s the day. It is very important for us sleep about 8-10 hours a day for our general health.
