UPCOMING K-DRAMAS 2023 – The last quarter of 2023 is definitely going to be exciting because of these up-and-coming Korean series.

One of the most popular and memorable Asian dramas broadcasted in the Philippines is Meteor Garden and this is when the fever about this type of series started.

Remember the times when you were younger and you always rushed to come home to catch the newest episode of your favorite Asian series? Since then, a lot of series started to emerge, and at present times, many have become crazier, especially in Korean dramas.

K-dramas have influenced Filipinos in many ways like food. Many Pinoys are now fond of kimchi, ramyeon, bibimbap, samgyeopsal, kimbap, and bulgogi. When it comes to fashion and beauty, many mimic the fashion sense of Koreans and there are even boutiques that sell Korean clothing, accessories, and cosmetics.

    The cast ensemble is composed of Kim Nam Gil, Seo Hyun, Yoo Jae Myung, Lee Hyun Wook, and Lee Ho Jung. It will be released on September 22, 2023.
  2. Ballerina (2023)
    This stars Jeon Jong Seo, Kim Ji Hoon, and Park Yoo Rim which will be released on October 6, 2023.
  3. Doona! (Season 1)
    This romance-drama series stars Bae Suzy, Yang Se Jong, and Lee Yoo Bi. This will be released on October 20.
  4. Diva of the Deserted Island
    This 12-episode series starring Park Eun Bin, Kim Hyo Jin, Chae Jong Hyeop, Cha Hak Yeon, and Kim Joo Heon will start airing on October 21, 2023.
  5. The Moon That Rises in the Day
    This series will have 16 episodes. The stars are Pyo Ye Jin, Kim Young Dae, Ohn Joo Wan, Jung Woong In, and Jung Heon, and Netflix will release this on October 25, 2023.
  6. Gyeongseong Creature
    This is a combination of action, historical, and sci-fi series with Park Seo Joon, Han So Hee, Kim Su Hyun, Kim Hae Sook, and Jo Han Chul in the cast. Netflix is yet to announce when this will be released.
