This baby suffered from a rare condition called oculocutaneous albinism which has affected the color of his hair and skin. The worst things is, it also resulted to impaired vision. But thankfully, he was given a customized glasses so he can see again.
When he tried his glasses and saw his mother for the first time, this baby could not hide his amusement in his smiles. He was delighted as soon as he saw his mother who was very overwhelmed. This is indeed a touching moment.
