[People of the Republic of the Philippines.THIS IS A VERY ALARMING SITUATION! Poor Juan Dela Cruz (pertaining to Filipinos). Our own land is being used by China as soil filling for their Artificial Island! Who is the Mayor or the Governer of this region? Don’t say that you don’t know about this. Is their bribe here? According to man recording the video, it was been shot on July 13, 2013. The man said that there are so many workers in the location. “Here is the processing plant of the black sand mining in Sitio Namnama, Tamorong, Sta. Catalina, Ilocos Sur,” said the man.

The video actually shows the operation of the destructive black sand mining processing by ISCAPE. According to reports, the officials from Sta. Catalina were covering up the Sitio Namnama by refusing that the territory is not part of the Municipality of Sta. Catalina due to the fear from terror political lords.

Dredging is a process of excavation of sediments underwater then are being disposed in other locations. This is done to make shallow areas to be more navigable.

But still, it damages the habitat of the living organisms in the waters.
