Just recently, Alain Robert, a French native scaled the 75-storey and 1007 ft Cayan Tower in Dubai with just a “chalk and sticky tape on his fingertips” without any harness or ropes and according to Yahoo, it took him at least 70 minutes just to reach the peak of the tower.
