It’s been a normal procedure for most of us people to neglect and destroy something which are no more of use. One perfect example is establishment that is no longer in capacity to accommodate people because facilities inside have been damaged.
What to do then? Experts say it’s better to demolish and replace. That’s exactly what happened to the Wellington Hotel Annex in Albany, New York which was built in the 1920s. But since it’s no of use, it’s demolished and will be replaced by a brand new convention center which is worth $66 million.
