Talking of natural phenomena in this world? I’m quite sure ‘rainbow’ is included. Personally, I love looking at rainbows for it reminds me of the covenant of God He made to Noah that He won’t destroy the world like He did before (Genesis 9:12-16). Whenever rain passes and sun began to occupy the sky, a set of 7 different colors: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet appeared.
But sometimes, rainbow can not only be seen in the midst of the air but also in the white and fluffy thing known as ‘clouds’. If rainbow resulted from refraction of sunlight, rainbows in the clouds or called as iridescent clouds or ‘cloudbow’ is a result of diffraction caused by small water droplets or small ice crystals individually scattering light. .
Look at how this brilliant colors made the set of these clouds made the sky wonderful to look at in different countries around the world. I’m mesmerized!
