Eating is a habit not most of us could escape from. Whether we are on a diet or just having some good time eating, eating is something that we would not want to exchange for something. After all it is our privilege after our long day of work or school.

But of course eating should come with responsibility over your health and some other things that concerns you especially to your mouth. While so, there are some foods which were identified as against your teeth. Eating and out teeth work together. But in eating, we should not take for granted of our teeth with everything we put inside our mouth.

Keeping our teeth healthy is a must but sometimes this could be compromised by the foods that we eat. Though we can actually brush our teeth after we eat something, knowing the foods that could stain your teeth could give you a good reminder. I know you enjoy coffee a lot especially every morning but the latte might be the reason why your teeth have been looking dull. Basically, coffee contains tannins that can stain and discolor your teeth. Considering that coffee could be very acidic too, your oral health can be compromised so thus contribute to tooth decay.

The bad news about berries is they cause staining to teeth when eaten regularly. Their darker hues make that possible. But in order to escape from staining, be sure you brush your teeth after you enjoy your berries. The acids you could get from berries or from coffee could be countered by the fluoride which could strengthen your teeth.

We usually take soda not knowing its effect to our teeth. Whether it is a diet version or the usual soda you get from the store, it still has acidic content which could still contribute to the staining of your teeth.

The colors might make you think twice. But due to their sugar content and fruit juice base, pops could contribute to the staining of your teeth.
