STRESS MANAGEMENT – This can affect your mind, body, and behavior, and to manage this, here are some things you can do.

We all know stress can be detrimental for several reasons. Chronic stress can lead to various health issues such as heart disease, high blood pressure, and weakened immune function. It can also negatively impact mental health, cognitive function, relationships, and lifestyle choices.

They say managing stress through healthy coping strategies can help but it’s easier said than done.

  4. Make some time to do your hobbies such as reading a book, writing, walking, listening to music, journaling, and other activities that makes you feel happy while doing it.
  5. We could not stress this enough but GET ENOUGH SLEEP.
  6. Eat a healthy and balanced diet.
  7. Practice gratitude and acknowledge the good parts in your life.
  8. Embrace the reality that you cannot control everything.
  9. Say no to additional responsibilities when you’re too busy or stressed.
