Being a parent is probably the most magical moment for couple. Most especially for a mother, the sacrifice for 9 months of carrying the baby is being paid on the first cry of her child. But, a Filipina mother is caught slapping her newborn child relentlessly in Pasay City General Hospital. The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) said that the mother is suffering from postpartum depression and is having difficulties in adjusting for the new responsibilities she’ll going to face.
Here’s the video of the Filipina mother who’s caught slapping her newborn child by a Facebook user named Nil Aquino Sabangan.
The child is now under the custody of DSWD and the mother will be undergoing psychological evaluations regarding the incident.
