Having a good body posture is a plus. When your body isn’t looking good, most people would often tell that you’re unhealthy and have bad habits. Nowadays, people with bad posture are those who spends their entire day over computers and those who are immobile for a long period of time.

According to this exercise, if you lie on your stomach, face down, and slowly and gently lift the front of your body while raising, and keeping, your head up, then this will help strengthen your posture. Try to lift as high as you are comfortable with, but don’t push it. Your arms should be at your sides with hands on hips. Try doing this for ten repetitions and for more reps each day, and eventually your back will strengthen and begin to straighten out, eliminating bad body posture for good.
