Skunks are considered by many people as offensive and unpleasant pests that one needs to keep away from. Usually, when a skunk cross path with humans, it would either run away or spray a liquid with a very strong odor especially when it feels threatened. However, this baby skunk found by a man and his family was a little bit different.
YouTube gamer NimsTV uploaded a viral video which shows his rare encounter with a baby skunk. Nims and Sam were out for a walk when they heard something in the grass was following them. When he looked back, he saw this tiny mammal.
The little guy started following them around, sniffing their feet, and would not leave. They realized that the skunk was way friendlier than they thought. They were able to pet, play, and pick up the baby skunk with ease.
These guys’ encounter with their little friend the is such an overload of extreme cuteness. But then, they know that their time with the adorable critter is not going to last. They found its mom and dad and their playtime turned into a mission of returning the skunk to its family without the fear of getting sprayed.
It’s just amazing to think how the skunk has become so attached with them. It only proves that even the most hated creature can be a friend.
