World’s Fastest Drummer! Breaks The Guinness World Record! Incredible!

Being declared as the fastest is really great! July 13th, 2013 of last year, Tom Grosset from Toronto, Canada, broke the world record with 1,208 single strokes in 60 seconds and was declared as the Worlds Fastest Drummer!

Last year Grosset went to Nashville, TN to take part in the World’s Fastest Drummer competition to try and break Dream Theater Drummer Mike Mangini’s record. He finally got the chance last year to shed it. After several attempts, he eventually broke the all-time world’s fastest drumming record with 1,208 single strokes in 60 seconds!? How did that happen? The previous record was held by Mangini with 1,203 single strokes. Check this one out!

Grosset became involved with the World’s Fastest Drummer after seeing it online and received his first drumometer in the summer of 2006 and was also given opportunity in the World’s Fastest Drummer in 2007 at Austin, Texas. Well, he just started playing drums at the age of 12 and has developed into a versatile drummer who has a variety of styles, young dedicated and talented musician. No wonder why he is the fastest drummer in the world, isn’t he?

Now he is being declared as the World’s Fastest Drummer. Truly Incredible!
