In some countries, especially in United States, when the person steps at the age of 18, they have the choice if they are going to stay with their parents or to live in their own. Being independent is also good for it helps you to become responsible for yourself. People ages 18 from above is already capable of living independently, but it seems that toddlers can do it too.

The father is repeating the question if his daughter needs a help to remove the seat belt. But her daughter is very tough on rejecting his offer.
