God is so powerful we can’t even imagine- He created us and everything what our eyes can see. Over the billions of years right after He saved us from our sins, He said that He’ll wait for us in a paradise to be with him eternally- the paradise that accepts no heartaches, burden, judgment, pain, hunger, chaos, war, conflicts, sickness and woe; all of the cluster of negativity we could possibly think of that can drastically hurt each of us.
That paradise is what we so-called ‘heaven.’ Most of us believe that it’s true, but unlike we know and believe, there are some people who said that they would first put themselves into hell before they believe in heaven. They just don’t believe it, not because they don’t want to but because they are in loss of their faith to our loving Creator.
I believe in heaven and right after I watched the movie ‘Heaven Is For Real’ last night, I couldn’t make myself not to believe in it even more. I don’t want to be selfish of the happiness and contentment I am feeling right now, so I decided to share the story it unfolds.
But as you read the story, take time to forgive me if I can’t tell you the whole story because honestly, I want you to see the entire movie on your own.
‘Heaven Is For Real’ movie is an account of the true story of a boy named Colton Burpo, who claimed that he saw heaven when he war four years of age. Colton has the perfect family any child could ever wish for- a loving parents named Todd and Sonja and and a caring sister named Cassie.
Burpo family live a happy life despite of the fact that Todd’s work as a pastor can no longer answer their needs at home, but the fact that they love each other is what really matters to them and it do change a lot for all of them.
To just once escape life’s reality, the family decided to take a trip to Denver but something went wrong after the trip- the kids got sick but Colton is the most critical. So Mr. and Mrs. Burpo decided to take him to the hospital and it turned out that Colton has suffered from his ruptured appendix. He undergone surgery and it was successful.
But right after Colton came back at their house, he began to tell his Father that he went to heaven, met important persons in their family and has met God.
Colton is now 14 years old to be exact, but the memory of what he believed he saw is still on his mind and will never be forgotten.

Apparently, Colton was not the ‘only’ kid who claimed heaven is true. Another girl named Akiane Krasmarik also went to heaven and saw God. She painted everything that she saw and one of her paintings entitled ‘Prince of Peace’ flaunting Jesus’ true images was recognized by Colton saying that it was the right appearance of Him.

After knowing these 2 beautiful kids’ stories about heaven, I’m quite sure God has His perfect reason why He chose Colton and Akiane as instruments to work on with our faith. He loves us so much and He is still waiting at the paradise. We all have special reservations made by Him, only. 🙂
