When rain pours hard, expect rain water to fuel some of the usually flooded areas. And before you could no longer cross some streets way back home, better come home early.
For us who are used to the same situation, raining hard would always make us think hard. One of course is going home and the flooded streets.
This might be the same situation you do not want to be at. But either way, you would not try what this driver attempts to complete.
While other motorists already gave up and wait until the water current would settle in the calmest at possible to cross this flooded river, this SUV driver is more than confident he could take his car across it.
