All people on Earth is created unique and beautiful no matter what situation he is in. All of us need to be treated fairly by everyone because of that. But, the sad things that are happening in our society is that people with special conditions are not treated like other people and most of the time being neglected.
Hotel owner Patu Keshwani, together with his team, made a movement called Lemon Tree Initiative. He gives opportunities to people having special conditions to work in his hotel chain in India. He acknowledges the fact that these people would have hard times landing a job. The early results of this initiative impacted the self-esteem of these special people. You can that in their genuine smiles.
