All of us are given names by our parents. According to a famous saying, someone’s name is the sweetest word he could hear. But, not all the time. This is what a 23-year-old Vietnamese-Australian man named Phuc Dat Bich have experienced since people and Facebook itself do not believe that this is his real name.
On Facebook, he posted a photo of his passport proving that “Phuc Dat Bich” is his real name. But, Facebook already taken down his account several times now. If you’ll be in that situation, what will you do?
Here’s the photo of Phuc’s passport posted on Facebook proving his identity and real name.
There is a caption on the photo saying,
I find it highly irritating the fact that nobody seems to believe me when I say that my full legal name is how you see it. I’ve been accused of using a false and misleading name of which I find very offensive. Is it because I’m Asian? Is it?
Having my fb shut down multiple times and forced to change my name to my “real” name, so just to put it out there. My name.Yours sincerely,
