People in our world just need to be disciplined in order to be behave properly. But, there will always be people who just don’t know what how to do it. In the streets, drivers are expected to park in proper places for others to have a place as well. In Brazil, a man parked his car in a reserved parking space for disabled people.
Since the parking attendants are already given the authority to fine these violators, they did what they need to do together with the residents of a building. As the owner of the car arrives, he just can’t believe and immediately drives away.
