14-Year-Old Girl Grows A 40-Pound Cabbage, Started A Mission In Feeding The Hungry

Hunger is one of the biggest problems a certain family could face in an entire day, a month or a year. It is sufferable but it could lead up to some problems in health and may lead to death. A certain country isn’t exempted to feel this but we can do something about it if we can and if we are willing to.How do we solve hunger? Simple. Food.

One girl, in the name of Katie Stagliano, started this advocate of answering the world’s hunger problem when she’s 9 years old and grew a 40-pound cabbage which had 300 hungry patrons have taken a bite. Now, at 14 years old, Katie has established Katie’s Krops where she provide fresh garden vegetables to the hungry in her community and also teaches other kids around the country how to do the same. Katie’s Krops has raised over $200,000 to help kids ages 9-16 grow vegetable gardens for the hungry in their communities.
