Almost every one of us wants to be physically fit, not only for health reasons but also because we want to do something for ourselves being confident with our looks as a person and feel fully accepted by the society we’re in. Though being fat or obese is not a taboo, yet still we want to look gorgeous and beautiful so that we can’t be teased and being compared to other people.
