The deep of love in a real friendship can never be measure but more people would believe that a friend is true when promises made between them didn’t break and was executed. If most friendship existing in this world made their vows not to leave the other, the story of these two best of friends named Barry Delaney and Kevin Elliot is something different (yet can happen) unlike those of many friendship exists.
They’re great best of friends but Kevin Elliot died and Barry Delaney was left by him. But right before Kevin left Earth, both of them made a promise- which ever of the two buddies died first, the other would have to attend his funeral wearing a dress.
So when Barry learned that Kevin left to heaven, he didn’t hesitate to do the promise they made. The deal was originally the brightest dress ever- a pink dress with green “spots” or polka dots but Barry didn’t expect this woeful situation, so he found to substitute.
He was able to find a dress and socks that was close to what the pair agreed on. He said that “there were a few raised eyebrows, a few looks, but everyone was aware of the promise he (I) had made Kevin.”
It’s time for him to say goodbye to his best friend and so when he knelt down at Kevin’s graveside to ask Kevin if he liked the color of his dress, he broke down in tears. Barry realized that his best friend was gone and that they couldn’t share a laugh about how he looked in his dress like they did when they made the pact.

What a great friendship! How i wish i could have a friend (Except from God) like this on earth. The story really made me cried…Hurrah to your friendship!
