Humans are just curious that even looking at the outside of the Earth was given a try. Since the historic landing of man in the moon, other space explorations went after it. Neil Armstrong, the astronaut who’s known to be the first human being to step on the moon, has become a great proof that man can do extraordinary things.
But, there are still speculations that the landing on the moon was not true but just a made-up thing. That is, according to conspiracies, because of the presence of “other living organisms” in the moon that warned humans not to go to the moon again. Well, not all of us believes that.
In 1969, Apollo 10 entered the lunar orbit two months before Apollo 11 mission. The astronauts traveled in the far side of the moon and, according to the astronauts, have heard unearthly howling sounds in their headsets.
It happened during the one hour long trip on the orbit of the moon that’s already unreached of any Earthly broadcast.
The crew was composed of Astronauts Thomas Stafford, John Young and Eugene Cernan .
“You hear that? That whistling sound?” one of the men is heard asking before mimicking the weird noise:
“It sounds like, you know, outer space-type music.”
“You hear that? That whistling sound? Whooooooooo!”
“Well, that sure is weird music!”
While people on Earth thought that everything’s going according to plan, the astronauts knew that there’s something unfamiliar happening during that hour where no one Earth sees or hears them.
These recordings from the capsule their in have been marked as “Classified” by NASA until 2008. It then became a topic of debate.
Apollo 15 astronaut Al Worden told The Huffington Post,
“You don’t hear about anything like that until years after the incident occurs, and then you kind of wonder, because it’s such an old memory of those things that you get concerned about if they were making something up or was there something really there? Because you never really know.”
