You might not believe but the main ingredient of this so-called lips moisturizer is no other than a Hershey’s milk chocolate bar.

The first thing you need to do in order to come up with a Hershey’s chocolate lip balm is to get a scoop of Vaseline and place it inside the microwave for about 30 seconds and once you are done, mix it with a scoop of crushed Hershey’s milk chocolate and place it on a make up container. But take note that the Hershey’s chocolate lip balm is not edible.
