This is what an artist Rich McCor have proved when he seemed to transform famous landmarks in Europe using paper cutouts.

He said on Bored Panda, “My first idea was using a cut-out to transform Big Ben into a wristwatch” Then, the rest was history. In his Instagram account, you can see many of his works that looked really hilarious.
