It’s perfectly normal for two people to have an argument, especially in adults; but when there’s a kid involved, it’s quite unusual and undoubtedly adorable.
Have you seen lad/lass at a very young age who bravely argues with their parents about little things? If you haven’t, then you’re indeed lucky to watch this cute little girl squabbling with her Dad about whether or not she was allowed to stand up on a table when the real problem is she can’t talk clearly.
Though she herself can’t understand the words she said, she’s indeed good at talking with him.

Definitely NOT AT ALL a good way for the father to speak to a child. I did child care for 4 years, and if child care licensing had seen me talk to a child in my care like that, I would have been written up. His tone is completely inappropriate, and obviously completely ineffective in teaching her to not stand on tables, as she makes no move at all to get down. Teaching her to ‘stand up for herself’ or talk back when she is in the wrong is also inappropriate. He’s not in the least bit funny, and she doesn’t take him as such, but merely mimics his tone.
I’m going to tell you something that somebody probably should have told you a long time ago and that is, get over yourself.
